The double room “Malvasia” is located on the first floor of a very central building in Riomaggiore, withing 2 minutes walk from the apartment “Casedirio”.

It’s a recently renovated double room, composed of a double bed and private bathroom. It’s equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, wi-fi connection, coffee machine with capsules, mini fridge, hair dryer. It has first-rate soundproofing windows to ensure a high standard of comfort.

The guests, other than the room itself, can enjoy a rooftop terrace, which offers a spectacular view of the sea and the village and it’s shared with the guests of the neighboring accommodations. On that top floor, in the inside part, are available glasses, cups, plates, cutlery and an electric kettle so to be able to enjoy a take away meal or drink in a fantastic spot.

The accommodation is a few steps away from the Riomaggiore train station, harbor, restaurants, bars and 5 minutes walking from the parking area.

The neighbourhood, hosting most of the local businesses, during the day is rather lively, but at night time it gets a lot quieter.
